Back Chaos of Cthulhu on Kickstarter!

COC_Support-Us-on-KS_700

Hello! We’re excited to announce that the Kickstarter campaign for our new game, Chaos of Cthulhu, is now live! Visit the project, share the excitement with your friends, and enjoy learning more about #chaosofcthulhu.

Chaos of Cthulhu comes with 20 giant, custom 25mm dice, 20 12mm six sided dice, 80 action tokens, 16 offering tokens, 4 player aid mats, a full-color rule book, and magnetic box. The base game will also come with EVERY stretch goal unlocked during the campaign, so help us unlock them all! The Kickstarter campaign will run from March 11 to April 15. We will be updating with exclusive contact for backers, plus revealing our stretch goals as we go, so we encourage you to join in the experience early on even if it’s at the lowest backer level…you can always change your perk at any time before the project is funded. We look forward to seeing you on Kickstarter! As always, feel free to contact us at any time via the Kickstarter campaign, our website, or through social media.

Yours in mischief, Travis

Alien Boss Goodness

Aliens

A lucky few have seen these awesome minis (biggies?) at our Wizard World Austin booth. For those that couldn’t make it, here’s a quick look at the Night of the Saucers Alien Walker (on the left) and Alien Mothership (on the right). Like all the minis, these were both hand sculpted in 28mm scale by the amazing Michael Norman. The Walker stands 6 inches tall and the Mothership towers over the board at just over 8 inches!

If your going to BGG Con, be sure to stop by our booth in Demoland and check these out. We’re table D13.

Kickstarter Launch Update

Basic2-Game-Layout

Remember when we announced that we would be holding off on launching our Night of the Saucers Kickstarter campaign until Nov 19, to correspond with our attendance at Board Game Geek Con? Well, I’m here to tell you that we’ve come to a hard decision to postpone that launch a bit longer, for a few reasons:

First, with the holiday season being such a crazy time, we figured it would be best not to compete for your wallets until it’s over…not to mention the big tax ramifications that would come with completing a successful Kickstarter campaign at the end of the year! Second, waiting a little longer will give us a bit more time to coordinate Night of the Saucers press coverage from the many great board gaming sites across the internet. And last, but certainly not least: the logistics of getting the two new Night of the Saucers boss expansions figured out. I’ve included a photo of these new “miniature” boss alien expansion prototypes for our e-newsletter subscribers. We couldn’t be more excited about these bigatures, but with the large size comes a large manufacturing cost. Currently we are in talks with various production facilities to achieve the best quality for the most affordable price. We think it’s very important to get all these details worked out BEFORE launching on Kickstarter, and we hope you agree!

If your going to BGG Con, be sure to stop by our booth in Demoland and check these out. We’re table D13.
